Do you think you have what it takes to compete in the games? Well the 2019 Games are currently full but thanks to our friends over at KVApparel, we will be opening up a very special Calisthenics Challenge for those who think they have the strength. Here’s what it looks like:

15 strict pushups • 5 pistol squats each leg • P-Bar traverse • 5 strict chin ups • 5 plyobox jumps

10 P-Bar dips • 5 P-Bar balance squats each leg • 5 strict wide pull-ups
